All good wishes for the move: it can be a stressful time but take it steady and don’t try to do everything at once. Are you going far and do you have anyone to do the heavy lifting?

Thanks Ally. I am rather looking forward to having no schedule and doing only that which is required for settling myself in. I can see why you take blogging breaks – I may plan some in for the future 🙂

Thanks for the good wishes Alan. I’m hoping that the stress is now behind me, although I’m aware that BT is all too likely to prove that wrong 😉 We’re not moving far – only to Sussex. We do have movers and I’ve planned the furniture layout so, with luck, Himself won’t have to do any heavy lifting. I plan to sign up at the local library immediately as – after all – the Booker longlist has just been released! 😀
